I went back to the front desk to ask to speak to a manager but was greeted by an employee named Larissa who was amazingly kind and listened to my issue, did not dismiss me as the other reps and she proceeded to help resolve my issue by switching us to other rooms. We called front desk services to be told the exact same thing. ![]() I went back to the front desk to express how we cannot go without water for half a day every day of our stay and I ask for a room change just for them to tell me there are no other rooms available and that “it’s only 5 hours” (in other words shut up and deal with it). We were NOT notified of this at check in because I would have immediate went to another hotel. ![]() ![]() We arrived and were checked in just to get to our rooms and see a note stating that the water would be shut off from 11am to 4pm (5 hours) Tuesday through Friday.
